Reported last week that he's been dealing with an ankle sprain. I think the club has learnt a bit of a lesson taking in players who are sore.

Astounded Husthwaite gets a game over Maczenzie, but good luck to him and hope he manages to cement his spot. Also happy they've retained Ramsden, Butler and Mithcell, all selections that could've gone either way, but reckon they all deserve another shot – esp after getting the win.

With Serong and McCabe named as emergencies if Sam feels we're too short then at least there's an option for a late change. I'm happy with the Ins though.

Watch Box Hill games. Both ended up back at Box Hill under similar circumstances, poor half subbed off then dropped for the next week.

HH has dominated those weeks back at Box Hill. Mackenzie was tagged first week back and then last week was pretty wasteful with his 28 disposals. HH set up a number of goals winning contests in the forward 50.

As others have said this week it wasn’t even close HH far better form and a better worpel replacement. Frenchy was quite poor with his one wood it’s fine for him to play some games at Box Hill and earn his spot. In some respects better in that he plays as a full time mid to build his craft, tank etc. rather than running through the midfield for limited minutes behind several others.
