If true, and we take the statement literally "their" should infer a home team.
Luton, Sheffield, Wolves, Everton, Palace, Villa and Fulham all had home games over the weekend.

To me it looks like they've rushed to charge him now that he's a free agent before he leaves the country.
You'd hope that means they haven't rushed their case. Innocence or guilt you'd hope due process hasn't been rushed.

I mean he was arrested but not named like Mr Finger Injury 3 years ago. They've had plenty of time since then to get their ducks in a row.

Arsenal were in a slightly tricky position. Current legal precedent in the UK is that you are entitled to anonymity until charged with an offence. If Arsenal had suspended him it would have effectively named him.
Met Police and the Crown Prosecution Service have questions to answer. He was first arrested in July 2022 about allegations relating to incidents with three separate women. A full file of evidence wasn't given to the CPS until January 2025 then it took them until July 2005 to charge him.
