I think it's fine to feel sorry for a club's supporters, even if you hate the club.
I've always felt sorry for Saints fans, even though I despise the club itself. I know a few IRL who are really good people and even generally speaking, you know they must be incredibly loyal fans to put up with a club with almost no success for their existence.

The funny thing about the Maynard/Brayshaw thing is listening to the commentary in the media straight after the incident compared to as the week rolled on. Everyone went along for the ride and as the years pass it’s passing Matthews/Bruns for blatant brutality

Plus, some of the knobs I’ve had to listen to when we play at the G or Marvel…. More than happy for the foot to go on the throat if the opportunity presents.

Yeah Carlton fans were ****ing awful on the way back to my car lol some were shoving me and yelling in my face "UP THE BLUES", just a bunch of campaigners trying to start a fight. The whole fanbase were just shit as to us just walking to the car
I've never really had that a footy game before, like I've always felt like footy fans are good with being respectful of the oppo supporter but not you guys on that night.
Even Collingwood fans didn't give me any grief after the game, more so in conversation for the week afterwards
