Great win by the Crows.
Hope they knock off the PieFilth.
Crows have recruited well with players like Rankine, even Neal-Bullen.
It's a slow build, Nicks lost the first 13 games as coach.
But then you build to that window of two to three years, where the sky's the limit.

Curtin is going to be a great player..
Crows hit gold in the 23' draft, they targeted Curtin and moved up in the draft to get him.
smart move

It was the hopper pick they used to pick Curtin. Well, no one thought that after making finals in 2022, we would be that bad in 2023.

The Adelaide Crows secured Daniel Curtin with Pick 8 in the 2023 AFL National Draft by trading with the GWS Giants. The Crows gave up their Picks 11 and 15, along with a future second-round pick, in exchange for Pick 8 and Pick 17 from the Giants. This allowed them to move up the draft order and select Curtin, who was considered a top prospect, particularly as a key defender. The trade was a strategic move to secure Curtin, who was projected to go higher in the draft.

it's moves like this that show just how important one's recruitment team is.
Decisions that can make or break a rebuild.

Adelaide winning the Premiership has the added bonus of annoying Port Power.
Of all the sides in the top eight, I would happily have them win it. Playing well. Adelaide vs Collingwood in a few weeks must watch.

Agree, but luckily for us, it hasn't hurt us in our rebuild, considering the number of key backs that we have in Miller, Young, Balta (fwd/back), Gibcus, Gray, Blight. And fixed up our front end with Amrstrong, Faull, Simms, Fawcett, Balta (fwd/back), Lefau
