Didn’t even know this was a thing until about 4 days ago, has it been running for multiple years?

Point scoring and in season pricing volatility seems wild compared to FPL, but looks like it should be a bit of fun.View attachment 2397563
Yes, but under Sportsdeck, Supercoach has taken over it

I had Richarlison as my 3rd striker in my original team but I switched him to Fullkrug when I did a reshuffle to get VVD in defence

Kind of regretting that now after Richarlison scored a double against Burnley while Fullkrug didn't score at all against Sunderland.

Frimpong with one of those hamstring awareness situations. Might be tightness, might be 4 weeks, might be torn off the bone. Who knows? Makes it very hard to know what to do with a player in this situation and clubs in the EPL (unlike in AFL), rarely give clear prognosis on injuries.

Ballard a beast. 30 pts. His stats show he can score, but he also racked up a heap of misc pts, something he usually doesn't do.

Malick Diouf 2 pts.
Re-checked stats and now Diouf will likely get 3 pts. Got an extra cL or AW to get the extra point.

Ballard's BE for his price is 13 over 3 games. He's already got 30, so is -17 and still has 2 games to improve that.
Take away the goal, CS, and add a YC (he picks up tonnes), and -2 for potentially conceding 2 goals, and the guy can still realistically get 6 pts (he also got 4 BS which is very rare. So if we assume he can be -30 BE when prices change, that's 30 x $75k = $2.25m price rise in GW. Sadly, the spike score drops out first, so you only profit from it once, but depending on what he scores in GW2 & 3, he might still make more profit. But ATM, he's looking of a worthy trade in for $2m in GW3, so pencil him into your plans.

My kneejerk reaction is Frimpong to Ballard for the Burnley game. Not sure if ill do it, depends on Frimpong's availability. Following week work out how to get Reijnders in if he does well against Spurs. Straight from Adingra or Sarr potentially. I dont have too much room to move though. At the last minute i got cold feet on Trafford so found the cash to get to Verbruggen but at the expense of De Cuyper in defence. Went down to Hoever.

Might see how Trafford goes against Spurs & Verbruggen against Everton before thinking about making a move there.

Hi all. Don't post often. Read quite a bit though. A lot of knowledge in here about Supercoach.
Thought I'd give the EPL a crack and above is my team.
My question is, does Traffords score come in off the bench if I trade Raya to a non playing keeper like Hein and is that a smart play? Also would leave me with 3.47million in the bank.
Thanks 👍 😊
Yes, if you trade in a non-starting GK, it'll auto emergency in Trafford's score.
I suggest you have a loop GK anyway, for VC/C options.
Best loops are from Europa participants in Villa, NFO and CRY, as they play Thurs and thus EPL late games.
As Villa have played, leaves you with NFO or CRY.
Whitworth feels like your man. He's loaned to Exeter so won't be appearing to foil your loop.

Who is your Hojlund replacement? With most games gone, and him on the bench, options are limited.
I think you're just short of Sesko (you have $7.37m?), so can go early on Gyokeres and hope he sees a fair bit of time, or punt on Piroe. Haven't had a good glance, but those 3 stick out to me.

Gutsy to start Truffert at Anfield. Wouldn't start DEF from weak teams away to big teams.
But Diouf only got 3 pts, so luckily it only cost you 2 pts this time.

Great start to the campaign with the rest. Not too many fires for you early on, so you can focus on the cash cow transfers.

Unfortunately, SUN play before LIV so you'll have to take a leap of faith.
You got a few fires to put out oo, so that might have to be the early transfer.
Hopefully we hear more about Frimpong in the presser.

For mine it might be Reijnders and Ballard in for Frimpong and one of Lewis-Skelly, Adingra, or Grealish depending on how my other cheap mids fare this week.

Sesko is 6.5mil. Unsure if he starts tomorrow (expect him on the bench though).

Great analysis. Fingers crossed he can go 10+ GW2 and be a great cash cow.

You may have already said this, but what is considered a good rise? For example he goes up $3mil then his BE is massive is that enough?

Thanks. Wasn't sure about the replacement for Hojlund. Can afford Sesko (leaves $870k)
Can't afford Gyokeres @7.5.
Was playing a 4-4-2 which brings in Odegaards score but if I switch to 4-3-3 it brings in the 3rd fwds score. Both projected similar.
Mid v FWD??

SC had Diouf out (red circle) so put the captain on him to bank Salah vc. Checks today and the campaigner played and scored 2pts. Great FN start!

Sorry, mixed them up. Gyokeres is $7.5m.

If you're thinking long term, then Sesko benched might still be worth a transfer into your team.

$2m profit is a worthy transfer. It's the equivalent of $150k in AFL SC.
But unlike AFL where a $400k profit is impossible, in EPL, there are guys that can get you $6m (like Rodri).
But this early, grab the $2m risers, especially if you don't have to boost.
If Ballard is looking at $3m, definitely grab. Uses a DEF spot too, and MID is where big cash gains are usually made.

Sesko likely to cameo, so will solve your dilemma if you choose that route. Stick with Odegaard on pitch.
As MAN play ARS, you can see the teams if you're still up at 12.30am.

I copped that once. Taught me to always check a reputable site and not rely on SC. Sadly, it happens to a player every start of the season. Diouf's 4 names confused someone at SC.

Thats bullshit from SC. A harsh lesson learned. Not happy.

Also considering Gittens/Neto against CRP. 😒

Did anyone fade Palmer? Think I may have got baited into him. Looking at his scoring last year he only beat his current BE twice after GW21.

Could be a downgrade if he spuds again next week to Reijnders.
Highest owned player at 57.9%. Next is Haaland with 44.4%.

I finished up on 118 pts with an overall ranking of 4,794, not a great start.

My best players with double figure scores were Haaland, Salah, Porro and Raya and my worst scorers were Diouf and Fullkrug.

Picked Tryer as a loop and he's on the bench this morning. Please don't do a hammy or something Pickford.

I switched Tyrer to Whitworth and I also switched Grealish to James when he was named on the bench for Everton.
