Reckon 11am Saturday prelim game would make most sense so it doesn’t clash with any afl or aflw game

Forget AFLW… this is women’s reserves footy! something that barely existed not long ago, and now I’m watching it with genuine enjoyment.

Honestly I don’t know how nor do I have the vocabulary to put it into words but I’m just really happy with how far we’ve come.

they have just put tigers and gws vfl wildcard final at ETU stadium saturday 12pm

can they put our game 10am before it or maybe a saturday twilight game after our afl game

otherwise sunday 10 or 11am is another option so it does not clash with our aflw game

I still don’t trust our defence with Clifford and Douglas there

But they seem to not want to replace them so just have to hope they somehow can hold up next week against the pies who had peck kick 4 goals on us in the qualifying final

I can assure you, having worked at the game, Clifford was good today. Found herself on the last line on a few occasions under a fair bit of pressure and made a good fist of it. Douglas wasn't as noticeable.

lets hope we have a better plan for amelia peck this weekend and not let her kick 4 goals again

unfortunately i think the only way tho is to dominate the midfield as our kpd are fairly average and is something the vflw team need to recruit for next year
