So ... kept Vossy with a promise to put the right support around him.
Turns out our failure was all on Brad Lloyd, Aaron Hamill and Aaron Grieves. Midfield and forward coaches going well it seems.
Just like last year. Promise changes and make incremental changes only.
Need a major injection of talent via trading and drafting.
Is 2026 going to be another wasted season?

I would have thought our midfield coach is also responsible for our substandard f50 deliveries?

The club is well aware of conversion of i50 being our major issue.
How much of that is specific to 'entries' is less clear.
As to who's responsible is another issue because it's not straight forward.
We don't have a designated "transition / ball movement" line coach like some clubs nominate so that would come under other portfolios or be spread across various.

Earlier in the season he clearly had a "development ahead of results" mantra, but when we got a sniff of finals they seemed to go for it and played much better

I think Luke and his team have done a great development job - don’t really think Luke wants to be “the head coach” at this stage think he enjoys the development role and is in demand in that space. Good luck to him he deserves it.

He was VFL coach for 3 years
And was head of development before and midfield coach also. Never worked out.
