Not a huge donation to count as a member so guessing there are excuses for the the Tiges numbers to slip below that team we beat in Round 1, who have had an absolute shocker this year.
Prepare ye all for the Bunch of Bandwagoners onslaught from the Pussy online brigade who are hot on the heels, currently in fifth with 2025 'Ship favouritism on their side. All likely their memberships will increase in 2026

What are is our defence against the bandwagon claims? What would it take to jump back on?

Past 2 years we have finished last and 2nd last and still more members than Cats.

We are fine, still a Melbourne big 4.

Renewed my home game membership yesterday. After 37 years of pain and then recent glorious times i never gave up on the club. The next wave is coming. Have faith, renew your memberships everyone. May the Force Be With the Tiges.

Eagles are the perfect example, Stadium only holds 60K

There is a lot of Eagles in the wings supporters @$55 a year. Its quite popular because with their current form full membership you can be part of the discounted seat program, so you can still get access to home games.

Thats why they always have 40K plus at games.

we still count them under the old pre 2022 membership rules

the other clubs are allowed to count 60$ and under plus free memberships now

I believe it used to be a $50 minimum spend to count towards the membership tally, but in recent years it has reverted to any value at all, probably including pet memberships.

Regardless … put any Victorian club 18th then 17th and have them in 4th and over 90,000 - extraordinary result.

afl needs to audit the numbers like they used to , membership numbers are ridiculous these days and include cheap , free and waiting list memberships LOL

we are on record that we dont include those, so our numbers are not the same as other clubs
