Match Summary
The Dees unfortunately couldn't back up last week's victory, falling to the undefeated, ladder-leading Gumbies by 36 points in Round 6 (a 7.8 to 2.1 second quarter ultimately proved the difference). Not quite the result we wanted for DemonJim's 450th.
Despite this, superstar rookie and future Mobbs Medallist, tomcruise, continued on his merry way, accumulating 30 disposals and 107 DT points (three weeks in a row with 100+)! Umpire's pet, Proper Gander (seven free kicks) and moginie also hit 90+ to round out our top scorers, while DERO and Yakker both kicked three goals.
On the posting front, Gralin (82), Wosh (58) and Scythe (54) were our top three for the week, while 17 unique posters was our lowest number for the season. Despite this, we accounted for more than 50% of match thread posts for the fourth week in a row.
