Doubt it'll help. Back in 2012, when Sydney couldn't fill their quota, they allowed members to use their barcodes as if it were a normal final. No extra tickets were released to Hawks members AFAIK. While Collingwood making the GF might make tickets easier to secure through other channels, I don't think it'll affect our quota in the ballot at all.

You could be right. I don’t think the Hawthorn base has ever been this engaged. First time we’ve hit 1 million fans in the home and season season and back to back huge turn outs in Adelaide and Sydney.

Read the message as it might have changed from SMS. I noticed this the other day (and today) that it was asking me to go to the app on my phone to confirm the charge rather than an SMS.

I ended up getting the text messages 45 minutes later, which didn't help as Ticketek will boot you out of the session after 10 minutes. I ended up having to get my brother in law to try his credit card and phone and that worked.

Brisbane will fill their quota - they easily did so in 2023 and 2024. They are a very big club now. Ironically we might have more crowd support if the Pies make the GF vs the Lions (no neutral will support us against the Lions but they would against the Pies)

Gets worse. I was out at dinner on Tuesday night, so I missed the email from the club that came the night before.

Then I realised that my mobile thinks the text messages from the club are spam messages, so hides them from me. So I missed the texts from the club on Tuesday night and yesterday morning.

First world problems I suppose.

going to be super windy too I think, although I don't think that's as big an issue these days, often gets a bit blustery but not too bad at ground level

Highly unlikely even P1+ get $515 seats - they go to corporates - mid to low level cost tickets will be what members get!

I have had level 1 twice in the ballot as P1 ( 2012 and 2013 before there was P1+). Make sure your credit card can manage that for however many barcodes you put in.
On the positive side, you get the bank notification before the ticket details so you can work back from the $ taken to know what you get.
