You talk as if you are his best mate. You are telling us all how he feels. How do you know?

You've decided his order of preference. How?

You seem to also think his only reason to chat to the Crows is because of ANB. How do you know this? Why doesn't every player have an ex-teammate when they move clubs?

Your posting here is quickly going beyond mere tribalism into a total delusion where you seem convinced that you a) know what will happen and b) what everyone is thinking.

But what I really don't understand is why he isnt going to the Hawks then if that's his favoured club? What's the issue?

Why not dawson went to port and then adelaide ,perryman port then pies its called doing due dilligance
If he was blown away by Adelaide though there is no need to look at another club.

Perryman wasn’t blown away by Port, that’s why he went for a look at Collingwood

Still waiting for a Crows fan to actually suggest a legible deal.

Not only do they have to get ahead of Suns and Hawks with trash, but then they have to somehow try convince Dees to trade also.

The % chance of that actually occurring you would have to say is super slim. Some really clinging onto hope in here.
A deal for you who has no relevance or a deal between the 2 clubs who will complete the deal ?

It was report Melbourne was "desperate" so probably just doing a goodwill for Melbourne to hear what GCS has to say.
Melbourne never said that. Media grabbing headline to suck people in.

Most in his shoes would do their due diligence & consider all possibilities when it's about their next 4+ years career.

How do you know it hasn't? As I said just doing his due diligence and maybe that is driving the wage up a lil more ?

JHF toured Adelaide out of courtesy even though, by his own admission, he had no intention of picking the Crows.

Any excuse for a trip to the GC and if the Suns are gonna pay for my dinner and hotel then why not?
Probably just said that because a port player saying "yeah I had a really tough time picking between you and your sworn enemies" is not a good look

I think whoever can absorb the most of his salary is also an important factor for Melbourne as reported by Morris. I know you guys have been saying Melbourne's salary cap isn't under pressure but it's good list management to get rid of $1.7M at 4 years and use them to attract 2 quality youngsters.

And if he was blown away by Adelaide and wants to go there for 4 years, why give his current club Melbourne another club in the Gold Coast to drive a bidding war?

Exactly and we have plenty of cap space

Because he’s looking at another club.

The wage up? He’s on $1.7 million

We supposedly got cap space to bring in talent as it is.

Our list manager can’t even bring in 1 decent kid let alone multiple decent kids. He just brings in VfL blokes every year.

So yeah, let’s lose talent, so we can do more work to find talent. Just a nil-all draw at best.

I answered your question. Now answer mine.

How do you propose Crows get the deal done?

You never answered it. You said you didn't care how he feels after speaking as if you know what he was thinking. That is mental gymnastics, not an answer.

It'll be 14 + an avg player (no, not Rachele) + a future third. Or 14 and future second.

Or what I think is even more likely is that this deal gets caught up in a 3 or 4 club deal. But essentially this will be what Adelaide cough up for Christian.

If he chooses us.
