Being a normal supporter this would be seen as a joke, but because it is you it is not, only negative post from you, you will be waiting like a sniper, ready to pop up after every lose
You're the best supporter on here
Here's your 🏅
Being a TRUE supporter and hiding during losses only to resurface for wins is true courage.

Are you a normal supporter? I have my doubts, you seem really weird and a TRUE fair weather fan.

He should be more normal like a few of us and spend the best part of 20 years posting Simpsons memes after Dees failures

I think we'll be bottom 6 for the next 3-4 years, hope this bloke doesn't cop the blame for it. The more I think about our list the more I think we are pretty ****ed long term.
I think if King is really clear about what he’s doing and the club administration is stable under Smith/Guerra then things could turn around pretty quickly. But yeah May, McVee and Trac out isn’t going to strengthen the team straight away you’d think.

What a first day for King. McVee requests a trade and Petracca meets with Adelaide.

Just clearing room for jCameron, mHolmes, cO'Sullivan and gMiers to follow him over

I mean it's not that hard is it?

You're Stevie King, you walk in and say: "listen Petracca, I know you haven't been happy. But we're a new team. This is your fresh start. Kozzie is a star of the comp, he'll be the best midfielder in the AFL by the end of 26 and he'll be supported by Langford, Windsor, Lindsay. Fast attacking football, plenty of goals to go around. I've got my connections in Geelong bringing in the best cocaine that money can buy and I'm giving it all to Clayton Oliver to get him back to his best. It's easy street for you Petracca, just sit in the 50, kick a bag, collect your millions, and win some flags. What do you say?!!?!?!"

What did he even do. He's had the job for 24 hours and two of our best players are ****ing off already.

What a campaigner.

Haha does anyone else read a toumpas post just waiting for the moment it turns into a post about drugs and campaigners

First few lines of that I was like c'mon c'mon where is it

Pretty consistent messaging with everything else we are seeing.

Oliver being a one position player who is not a good kick is clearly not what King is after as he restated that the modern game is mostly about how you use the ball on the outside.

King also said that Melbourne's forward woes are more about how the ball is moved and being too predictable, not a forward line problem per se.

Given this, how many butchers can King's game plan handle? King did say you need to win it and get it to the outside so you still need some clearance guys of course, but how many to you carry that can't really do anything after that?

Butchers based on Wheelo Threat and Retention ratings: Oliver, Petracca, Viney, Gawn*, Tholstrup

Gawn brings some other qualities to the table and nobody is expecting their ruck to be a disposal weapon anyway.

Langdon is borderline surprisingly as is Rivers.

Better users are Spargo and McVee (RIP) along with Melk, Fritsch, Langford, Salem and very surprisingly Sharp(!), Jefferson (!!) and Culley (small sample size of four games).

Jed McEntee is an interesting one. Despised by Port supporters but he's been delisted but has excellent threat and retention outcomes. Floated target Josh Rachele rates highly across both.

Been in the job for four days and is already (rightfully) blowing the joint up
