Posters are responsible for what they post. Moderators can not attest to the accuracy or otherwise of any rumour posted.

Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

1. If a thread is threatening to be derailed because of a post.

2. If invested parties request the removal of material.

None of this draws a conclusion as to the accuracy or otherwise of the original post.

There is no need to further speculate. What will be will be.

Also, you need to remember that this thread like all parts of this forum is bound by the rules of poster conduct. If you want to express skepticism towards a rumour that's fine, but having a crack at posters who are contributors to this forum is simply not on and will be acted upon.

I think one of the reasons Goldcoast went for the Trac + JUH package instead of Curnow is that they knew they could do it with existing draft capital + whatever they get for Flanders.

Unless Humphrey or Walter push really hard for a trade I dont see them going anywhere.

I don’t know if it will happen or if Humphrey wants to come to us but to the ones who are categorically ruling us out already also said Voss was definitely sacked. Just wait and see what happens

Generally find a way to make things happen. Having our first doesn’t hurt and they would probably be happy enough to trade out of future drafts.

Note: the Hawks thing is my interpretation of this info. Only thing I’m 100 per cent on is that we won’t get Humphrey.

Player is owed the contract value but once they depart a club that contract is done and a new one commences.
Player can review their $, if they so desire but their decision I.e. longer term or just to stay in the AFL.

In fact if they are delisted while under contract without a mutually agreed settlement, any club that drafts them picks up their contract.
