The throw up won't help - more predicatablity around the ball drop will aid the good wrestlers under the current rules. It's whatever they do around the wrestling rules. It became much more of a wrestle a couple of years ago when they allowed rucks to use a stiff horizontal arm in a ruck contest.

We deliberately enduced a Brisbane 6/6/6 breach? You might need to find some new critics Spinny.

But it was 2024 when the rule change came in that allowed the straight arm by rucks - so 2023 wasn't relevant.
