I'd like to challenge Milera to increase his number of sprint and bounce statistics next year. It's the same as you said but with a tangible and measurable kpi.

Additionally, with a narrow objective, he can train all summer to build his weapons.

He had 4 bounces for the entire year, he’s just not that kind of player. He’s not forward aggressive, he has low vision and is timid with his disposal and will always be that way.

Milera had a really good year. He’s the least of our problems.

Is a very average player. Wouldn’t get a game in any of the prelim sides, but is locked into ours for at least 4 years. Valuing him as highly as we do, great story though, explains why we won’t genuinely contend. We need to be demanding more or looking beyond these types of performers.

If I was the coach I would have thrown Junior in the midfield for a 5 minute run during the Hawthorn game. We were getting creamed in the middle. Then again I have memories of him lighting it up as a young midfielder at Centrals.

Josh was very unlucky last year. Hopefully he can continue and get the nod this year. Some people believe you have to miss out after a good year to get noticed, before get the jumper the year after. Hopefully Josh makes it and Wayne makes the squad of 40.

I do because there is this thing called context, are you familiar with it?

The comments were in a gameday thread for a game where Milera was rather ordinary relative to his near best on ground performance the previous week.

yeah i had a few on ignore for a time but then recently lifted it. to try again. the following are just generic comments

but i just dont get the following. seemingly support a club - and we are in the most passionate and knowledgeable % of all crows fans here on big footy. but then instead of being balanced, you just find almost complete negatives leading to a distinct lack of joy and happiness in supporting our club. like why in the **** would you bother?

i suppose if it was my life, with the finite amount of time ticking, you do things in life you actually enjoy and that add value.
