Rather take a chance on Ted Clohesy. Or someone who can can play small forward.

Phillips can only play inside mid and we have about 12 players who should get games in midfield before him.

Wonder if the Merritt trade actually happens. Can rule out Hawthorn going for Humpa next year if it does as they won't have the picks.

Ultimately Petrarca is more likely to win us a flag then a pick in the teens next year. I agree it’s more than he is worth but I’d much rather have him in our team.

Do we know what the implications of going into deficit this year are if we have watered down selection of pics next year, can we still go into deficit if required?

Pick 24 and 28 is equivalent to pick 12-13

If pick 66 comes with. They’ll probably end up being worth points by the time all the other picks get soaked up

It’s still essentially pick 7 and 8 for petracca

Could win the flag and future 1 is worth only pick 20

If Richmond don’t bid on Patterson at 4. The bid could be all the way down to say pick 9

Yeah Ted an inside mid. Can play a bit half forward

Neither Woodcock and Foot are truely forwards but better options than having no smalls even just for depth

Sam Conforti is the best mature aged actual small forward I think across the state comps (played for Sturt) 40 games, 58 goals
