Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
Its just a fact. Brisbane won't be getting any picks for him now.
When he gets to Adelaide for free via the PSD, you can look around and blame yourselves.
Will be even funnier if you are scratching around for points to match an academy pick next year or in 2027.
I guess that's why all the impartial commentators in the media were saying that Brisbane were the unreasonable ones who wanted more than his value.
Well, Ah Chee thought a F2 was fair value for him so..........
Well, if that was the case then we should have just offered you a F4 and get smashed that we stuffed up the trade lol. From all reports he is pissed off with Brisbane.Adelaide steering the narrative away from their junk offer which they wouldn’t budge on and PSD threats and bringing Cals family into it to further that narrative is a bit unpalatable. Effectively saying that Brisbane should have just accepted whatever the Crom were offering.
For anyone that knows Cal he is a very humble and low key guys so I don’t expect he would be fond of this tact. Interesting approach.

Lol. Look again. I can't be assed with your innacuracies anymore. You can't read???? We traded with Melbourne's F1 and gave the pick to Sydney which was pick 14 and yes it was consider overs at that time. Also, Dawson had no interest joining Port Power despite "meeting" with them, similar to Ah Chee.

Had we offer F4 then he would be pissed off with us lol.Well he doesn't make decisions for Brisbane in fact he has zero to do with list decisions and what people are worth. Colour me shocked a player wants to bend over a club to get to where he wants, I'm shocked I tell you lol
Yeah no idea what that poster is thinking, he was clearly an elite young player who came from relative obscurity. Swans would have been well and truly stung by that considering how much work they put into developing him.yep it was poison unders that's what you get dealing with them, was very happy they got beaten in straight sets would have taken Collingwood winning over them, we accepted it not that it was a great deal. Though I half blame the AFL as if we could have traded future picks we may have got a fairer deal
You have form for walking uncontracted players to the PSD now.I'm hearing it less than that from "ITK" posters on our thread. Anyway, we gave pick 14 (consider overs at that time) for Dawson, pick 5 for Rankine and pick 28 for contracted ANB in the last 3-4 years.
We had form before with Hately. You have form for walking uncontracted players to the PSD now.
Reputation for trading in bad faith.
GWS didn't have use of a 3rd rounder for Hately and turn out they were right because he was shit. You have form for walking uncontracted players to the PSD now.

Not as much as you think which is saying something about how much Brisbane has underpaid him for years........What bracket of players will Cals contract fall into at the Crom? Top 10?
I can’t think of more than 5 or 6 players who would be on more than what Cal will be getting at the Crom. Yet he was totally only worth pick 40 and 60.
You only wanted to pay unders. One of those picks hold absolutely 0 value to us, and your management team knew that.Outright lie. You just said in your previous post your side wanted our f2 and 2027 F2. we ended up offering our F2 and 2026 F3 which will end up in real terms a half dozen or so spots worse AND IN A BETTER DRAFT than the 2027 2nd due to tassie coming in.. so again, make it make sense your club now get ZERO draft points instead of taking and F2 and f3 worth of them if points was the goal as per your previous post?
We are more important to the AFL than clubs like the Crom. Growth market.
The AFL knows they’ve already captured the Crom market and so it doesn’t matter if the Crom don’t win a flag for 30 years or ever again. Their fans will continue to make sack Nicksy threads and life will go on.

Your club turned down all our offers.
So we make a statement on principle. We’d rather lose a player for free than treat with a club who acts in bad faith.

Hearing the offer is actually 5 years around $550K.Either you’re overpaying a cohort of spuds at Adelaide or Cals contract will be around the top 10 mark.
On the bright side everyone now talks openly about the reality of how AFL House operate.
Equalisation is a concept that the AFL pay lip service to.
Money and their fat cat bonuses are more important than the integrity of the competition.
And in reality non traditional football states can't win the flag without massive assistance propping them up.
That's the truth of it.
Before bids? No idea what thats supposed to be. Sydney took Konstanty with pick 20 that draft after recieving pick 17 from the Demons which was the trade you originally referred to. Time to ignore this post and move on because you know you're wrong.
We usually front load contracts, so he will probably be at the top end for the first year or twoEither you’re overpaying a cohort of spuds at Adelaide or Cals contract will be around the top 10 mark.
