Further to the Talent Development List where fees to SANFL Clubs are $2500 each

Talent Development List (up to 8 players) introduced for both AFL clubs:

• Players must be aged under 21 on January 1
• 1 per SANFL club at any time (per AFL club)
• 6 players total from SANFL clubs (per AFL club) and 2 from interstate

Our count doesn't match up with JADeliade's graphic though, esp with rookie numbers.

Could we take this and calculate a max number of players that will be taken in draft+rookie+PSD+SSP? Anyone got enough time on their hands to do it?
