Presumably the Bulldogs jumper gets changed to drop the 100 year logo and return the FFC acronym to under the sponsor logo. Under ASICS each kit design has run for 2 years before being changed so I think that'll be all given 2025 was the first with the new red collar.
Wouldn’t be surprised if they go to an all blue collar to mark 10 years since the flag.

I get the idea of teams only using their colours but it doesn’t really work in reality, Hawks are one team that have to have a white jumper whether they like it or not.
They can absolutely design something better than this though.

Here is Hawthorn's 2026 jumper by UnderAmour

As a hawk fan I’m a bit disappointed actually, new apparel sponsor doesn’t look any different to definitely last years and not any thing that far away from when adidas were the sponsor . Would love the all gold back to make a permanent comeback or all brown back just something different. UA did some good things for the Essendon strip when they were on board thought they might’ve come up with something different for us too .

Its not really a new apparel sponsor in this case. Isc got bought out by under armour, so this is effectively a continuation of the isc deal hence the similarities.

First time we’ve seen the below the collar be sold off and returned to a manufacturer though

collar sponsors are shit, I hate them. And the one above the numbers on the back too
It's all in the way they're implemented - West Coast's Caltex and Hawthorn's Skechers collar sponsors were benign if you ask me... whereas Brions' Maccas and North's 13 Cabs are a little jarring.

As for the back sponsors, yeah they're not great. The sizing definitely needs to be reeled in - Hawthorn's KFC is far broader a brushstroke of red than say, Collingwood's.

Do they? They only really need a clash jumper for when they play GWS. They could've worn the brown jumper in the final and there'd have been no issue. Gold Coast and Sydney are borderline a clash for mine and they've have been wearing brown in those games anyways.

Mcdonald's have re-signed with the Brisbane lions for another 5 years - which will take the deal until 2030. They've also upgraded their sponsorship, so i'll assume their logo would be shown on more than just the front of the jersey. I know Collar sponsors are kind of odd, but i'm more than fine with this. It's an inoffensive logo that matches our colour scheme perfectly. Also, given Youi are sponsored until 2029 as both the front and back sponsors, and Hyundai will remain with this club until the end of time, it looks like Brisbane will have the exact same set of jersey sponsors for the next 4-5 seasons. The only unknown is the New Balance deal, which runs out at the end of next season.

Thought Essendon was finally gonna update their logo.
If I remember correctly, they were looking into it, and tried to trickle it out into the media a bit to gauge fan sentiment, and got some strong feedback.

In the tiktok linked below, they explain that they've kinda/sorta changed it. The club has never officially said they have a new logo, but that other one looks cool, and only uses the clubs red/black, no grey/silver. I wonder if the 'new' red outline on black background, whilst it works for social media, websites etc., it probably can't be the main/official branding because how would they display it on a background that isn't all black? Maybe they have an inverse where it's black outline on red? I suppose they could leave an overhang of black outside of the red like they have now. It'd might be hard to use in TV graphics, particularly the Ch7 one. The current logo can be used as an image on it's own so they'll probably keep it until they fully change the logo.
