I heard the AFL are going to have a scramble round where they drop every team in the bush and the first team back plays the last team back, second plays seventeen etc.

But you get a point for every minute of time you beat the other team back by.

but who will the 19th team play?

Gather round was added a couple of years ago as an extra game for every team. Totally unbalanced however when a grand final team Geelong get the spoon winners West Coast as their extra game. A gimme extra win.

Gather round needs to be seeded to be made fair.

It looks like we finish with three "gimmies" (North, Port and Essington) but the two months before that, sheeeesh. Saints, giants, Adelaide, dockers, and Brisbane.

Hoo boy might be another tense finish to the year.

Fair double ups. Should account for Port, North, Saints twice. Dogs shouldn't scare us, we can beat the Lions in H&A.

Ive had a good look , many things i don't like , but nothing i or anyone says will change it . Just hope we go well and get over any hurdles.
