I know I might be in the minority, but I’d be very happy to see Jamarra succeed at the Suns.
Not I. There is no doubt that he suffered mental issues throughout the year but I can't resist the thought that part of his behaviour was a slap in the face to the club which gave him every measure of support possible. Does that mean that we were taken advantage of irrespective of his mental issues? Possibly. Only Jamarra can look inside himself and answer that one.I know I might be in the minority, but I’d be very happy to see Jamarra succeed at the Suns.
Part of me agrees with this, but Jesus ****ing Christ it’s annoying to see comments from an experienced player saying he’s blown away from JUH wanting to “train as hard as he can”, merely months from not even wanting to train, AT ALL. (apparently)
I just want the honest truth and answers - were we wanting him away from the club & that’s why he wasn’t training? Just ****ing tell us what the go was, that’s all I want.

Both can true though. He was able to cruise last year on a standard contract and $800K.
He's now had a massive reality check/wake up call, and is genuinely on his last and only chance. He was about to be sacked. He's now got one last chance on a rookie's salary and a one year deal (yeah it's two but with get out clauses so big you could drive a truck through them - GC could just about sack him for not brushing his teeth). If he doesn't train hard he is gone from AFL for good this time.

I can wish him well on a personal basis and hope that he is recovering from his issues.
However, as an invested WB supporter, I say, if he turns his life and football career around and becomes a star for an opposition club, then I for one will find that quite galling.
What's Rohan Smith's role here?
Its from the "Rohan Smith Academy Camp" in Ballarat. What's Rohan Smith's role here?
Is that you Ryley?Losing Sando is not worth getting butters for.
Very probable considering his twin is around 208 currently.Crofty is TALL. Can see he has a good couple CMs on Smith, Darcy and Emmett. Listed at 201 cms last year, might finish up around the 203-204 cm mark.
It is essential that he retires from volleyball and joins as a Cat B rookieVery probable considering his twin is around 208 currently.
Agreed. We better be working on luring him over in the next few years. It is essential that he retires from volleyball and joins as a Cat B rookie
He’s as likely as anyone on our list to have a breakout year… fingers crossedI still think there's a big role for Sanders in this team if he can tweak a few things and improve another 5% this off-season. We haven't drafted another pure mid in the last two drafts now including the MSD, so while it is a congested rotation with the old boys still playing well, you saw with Freijah there are rotation minutes available if you can and grab them.
He was drafted as a blue chip, ball winning, huge possession mid and has had some really nice games here and there. I remember he looked really good to start last season kicking goals and improving his running patterns before falling off a little late. Reports are he's been the last one out on the training track already this pre-season and looks in good nick, he's serious about his footy so I'm very interested to see how he fits in next year and if he can be a part of the next midfield brigade with Ed and Freijah. The Tassie jungle drums are beating loudly and Butters is obviously a chance, but while he's here, there's a pretty big gap from the Libba, Treloar, Bont group down to he and Joel to push into that midfield and stamp his name on this team.
Croft!! now’s there’s a player that could be anything… how good were those 2 grabs he took in his debut game this year. Some serious x factorIt's too early though he will likely be solid at least. It's stupid to judge either way at this point, just like all those numpties saying who "won' the draft.
Those judging Sanders harshly are probably basing it on what was paid to get him rather than the fact we also got Croft

As a Melbourne wokester, never been much of a drinker. Expensive way to not remember much.
Still have some major doubts about Croft but was glad to see him perform well at AFL level for those two games. Hopefully he can continue to be the reverse Schache. Hopeless in the VFL but a star at AFL level.Croft!! now’s there’s a player that could be anything… how good were those 2 grabs he took in his debut game this year. Some serious x factor
Yeah, but you already have Sanders as a superstar so..Still have some major doubts about Croft but was glad to see him perform well at AFL level for those two games. Hopefully he can continue to be the reverse Schache. Hopeless in the VFL but a star at AFL level.
I really like this photo because it sends strong signals of two important concepts that we supporters need for the coming season : excitement and hope.
A lot of blokes are understandably bitter when they are moved on as a coach and are detached from the club.

Right, major doubts about a 200cm+ player who had various injuries in first two years, played a couple of games and showed a fair bit in those ?Still have some major doubts about Croft but was glad to see him perform well at AFL level for those two games.
