You sure showed everyone!Last year I got laughed at for suggesting he could be a future AA. He has all the tools just needs to put it all together consistently.
Lachie would snap your neck like a little chickens.Shit, are we getting relegated?
If Lachie Jones shaved the Boon stash, heāll likely gain another two seconds of pace.So from another post the top 5 were:
1) Willem Drew.
2) Jack Watkins.
3) Jacob Wehr.
4) Lachie Jones.
5) Darcy Byrne-Jones.
For a guy of his size Lachie Jones finishing 4th in the 2km time trial is impressive, all the others are more your lightweight runners build.
To me someone with a solid build like him finishing high in the running time trials, shows he puts in a lot of work and has a great natural tank.
I see him having the most potential and scope for improvement as any player on our list. if he can just get his confidence up and improve his decision making he could easily be a top 5 player at the club.
He'll let go as soon as I moan. Checkmate.Lachie would snap your neck like a little chickens.
He finished 8th in the b n f despite only playing 16 full games.Last year I got laughed at for suggesting he could be a future AA. He has all the tools just needs to put it all together consistently.
This is almost a positive post from 240v of misery.Lachie Jones would cop almost as much crap on the game day threads as Mead does.
Everything from fumbling to falling over.
I donāt have strong views on him but heās going to have to improve his game massively to be a top class defender.
Yup think soI reckon big dog is pafc66![]()

Who would have thought that doing extras, the team's fitness would improve.
This makes it sound like you get upset and you have to go talk to Aliir Aliir so he can calm you downWatching Lachie Jones play football makes me need to go to AA, does that count?
Hopefully we can get some serious structure in the backline and as you've said the confidence of a good gameplan to help all of the players from the backline. A bit of gripo would help as well. While Lachie was a torturous player to watch under Hinkley, I will say that unlike some of the spuds we've wheeled out countless times over the last decade, he does have some genuine AFL traits. If Carr can get his confidence up to erase the bomb scare moments from his game, he could be a serious player. Big if though.

It's why he frustrates so much, he's not a clear spud, there's a genuine good player with just a few minor adjustments. He just runs that step too fast, he just misses grabbing the ball, he just slightly mistimes it. Just the small adjustments and he'll be an automatic pick for everyone. While Lachie was a torturous player to watch under Hinkley, I will say that unlike some of the spuds we've wheeled out countless times over the last decade, he does have some genuine AFL traits.
