Cummins is a fantastic bowler but a poor tactical captain and Smith isnt either which is one of our great problems.
Our opening options are very poor (head wont work long term) and our depth in middle order bats is not there which is why we have gone back to Marnus and a wicket-keeper.
We have some really good fast bowlers coming through but injuries are an issue and we have no spinners coming through.

I agree totally on the over rates but thats a separate issue.

We've got some good young talent coming through in all departments I believe, but we're handicapped by a poor coach, a poor Chief Selector, a boys club mentality, and an excessive T20 influence.
