It's not a friend of a friend though. It's a man I know personally and interacted with.

It's always a dismissal or downplaying or disagreeing with things said that don't suit the views you hold.
Okay. I don’t mean to suggest you were lying. But I mean, vaccine injury is always a risk. Whether it be your meningococcal jab or your covid one, there will always be some very unlucky individuals.

For a long time now, organised societies have accepted this risk to mitigate disease with would wreak havoc on populations. I don’t know what to tell you - the covid vaccine doesn’t carry risks that we don’t already accept.

I'll take the opinion of health professionals on this one rather than "old man festerz says its ok!"

When your GP, your nurses in hospital and your surgeon say it was rushed, dodgy and skipped usual testing protocols to be expedited, I think i'm inclined to question it. Lets not forget they literally stopped astra zenica because people started refusing it and demand dropped lol. No worries, thrombosis 3-4 weeks after injection.

But whatever I guess, think what you like. As peaceful says, it doesnt mean it wasnt a success in the strict sense, but you would actually be pretty dumb to think it wasnt significantly more flawed than vaccines that go through a decade of testing before mainstream use.

GPs and nurses telling you their gut feel on things is still anecdotal. If it’s not supported by the data then it’s probably BS.

I’ll stick with getting medical advice from Festerz thank you very much.

You should give Warren Tredrea a try. He is just as informed.

But it did, because it was very loudly pushed how safe it was, like no other vaccine - and the flipside being that covid isn't exactly polio.

Also the local pool hasn't barred anyone from taking their kids to swimming lessons if they didn't have the polio vaccine.

Shit happens though.

Thanks Tone

Anti-vaxxers thought everyone would drop dead. great business model that. cause some guy on youtube said it.

I think i'll take the reasonably consistent views of the experts instead

And yet it the experts were pushed to maintain a certain narrative and not speak ill of it by the government.

They pushed the vaccines into early production and roll out because of how petulant people were about lock down

If people were a little more patient and empathetic to the sick roll out wouldve been safer and slower.

But people are selfish impatient and stupid.

Show me the data (yes, data, not some YouTuber flapping his gums) that covid vaccines are less safe.

I'm waiting for Warren's missus to tell Warren to tell us not to brush our teeth - cos of microplastics
Trueeeeeeee. I was cutting some kabana the other day and I was being lazy and just cutting it through the plastic and I was actively thinking someone would tell me off for that because micros.

I'm not saying it is 'less safe'

I am saying that the messaging from the authorities and experts was that it was super duper safe and also it will prevent spread and infection.

And if I didn't get it I could hardly leave the house.

The government and big pharma both want you alive, working and paying them. one of the only times government, business and regular people are all aligned. Theres no 'certain narrative' to 'speak ill' about. Its all made up youtube shit

So if the government and 'big pharma' have aligned messaging it can only be a good thing.

If the microplastics don't get ya the highly processed foods probably will.

… microplastics are actually bad though right? Or have I been hoodwinked

Yes, you're probably right. I was being a bit facetious posting that, but even sensible people are saying it, not just cookers. I had to buy a new electric kettle recently and just this week a 'study' reveals that the plastic ones release billions of nano-particles in every cuppa. Oops.
