Wouldn’t think Stawell make top 2 unless it’s true about them signing two more big names.
I think their bottom 5-6 players each week really let them down and they get found out against better sides.
I think if they can improve the depth of the squad they can push for a top 3 finish

There bottom 6 really wasn’t that much worse than others around them. Ararat are really the only ones with a strong bottom few players. With the signings they have they’ll definitely be pushing for the top.

They were already a good side and have picked up 2 EDFL players, swifts bnf and Tom Eckle back. Them 4 will push out their bottom 4 from 2025. They’ll definitely have good depth now

Agree with it on paper. Their issue’s was midfields got out classed against top teams.and lacked another key defender. They’ve gone and recruited everything they lacked.. but still have them finishing 3rd or 4th behind Ararat/SMT. here’s hoping to being wrong

What makes you think saints will finish above warrack?

I think saints will better then everyone probably expects them to be.
A new coach and game plan and some handy recruits.
Warrack are coming from a long way back and considering half the side will come from across the border I struggle to really understand how they implement a new game plan if they aren’t training it two nights a week. You can argue the calibre of players they have recruited are well established footballers who can rock up on a Saturday and win you games of footy I just don’t think it’s sustainable all year long and especially when it comes to the pointy end of the year. Could be proved totally wrong as well. It didn’t work for dimmy and now it seems y they are going to be let go from the pack again.

Must be on a private page then. The one they’ve posted this year won’t be making much of an impact theyd definitely want more than just that.

Driscoll played 1 ressies game this year so he basically is a new recruit, some of the other signings stawell have storm trooper must’ve left them off cause they will all only play ressies. Guccione, brazier, Eckle and Murray should all be huge inclusions. If Ganley really has left I’d have stawell above them at the minute
