Went shopping today. Bought Jeggings and a Jacket all up cost me too much money but that’s okay I can splurge once in awhile, saving for tiny house!
Good luck with the house thing. In this day and age, home ownership is a real achievement.
I feel very lucky that Im old enough that it was a lot easier than it is these days.

It's all good, TDC just has an itchy trigger finger lOl
I love you have Tasmania as you club already, thats awesome.

I have just glued two puzzles for the first time as I want to frame them.

I can now advise cats_09 on what glue to use.

Lots of good advice here on Bigfooty!

Im all caught up. Back to work for me now.

Im too busy/lazy for my own innuendo and double entendres at the moment. I plan on dominating, please insert the innuendo you find most amusing.

Talk soon Roys (insert and old person joke) and Gumbies.

Typical Canberra.
First they take our guns, now our hookups.

That's why you ignore Canberra City and go to Fyshwick

The thing I found rather interesting about Canberra when I was living/studying there, was how much business property within the Canberra City CBD was owned by the Church of Scientology

This is going back a couple of decades

Not sure how much of that's changed

Thanks there’s a house atm my parents are interested in buying and at the side is a huge gate to backyard so if we get that then I could put tiny house out the backyard and when my parents leave this world and we have to sell up I can take my tiny house with me elsewhere.

First Monty Python clip I showed my son - he loved it. I'm trying to figure out which movie to show him first....
One weekend, when my twin boys were little, they and Mrs DP were crook with colds, it was pouring rain, and was told to look after the boys after coming home from work. I went down to the video shop (remember those) and I asked the attendant advice.

Star Wars was was his choice so I took back two and played one of them. At the end both boys (about 4 years old) insisted I play it again and again.

I played the second one the next day saying I made a mistake. They wanted the original.

I make all new nurses watch the machine that goes ping skit. The surgery is not set up if the patient isn't in there.

One of the financial years just past just over 140,000 people came into Melbourne. Any wonder that prices go up.

Ok, which of you did this

My Dad had some holy water from Lourdes and when one of his friends was in hospital he would take it in when he visited them. He never knew but I used to add a bit here and there. It was a lovely thing to do. Him visiting I mean and I did not want it to run out.
Looked for the bottle when he died but I couldn't find it.

There is a market for everything.

shut up and take my money GIF

There is a market for everything.
Have a check of Vitality Air

It was stated as a joke by
Edmonton pair, Moses Lam and Troy Paquette. Back in 2014 they filled a Ziploc bag with fresh air from Banff National Park and sold it on eBay for 99c

The second bag they put on eBay sold for $168USD

By 2015 they moved from Ziploc bags to compressed canisters

They are still in operation, with current products including
  • Bottled Air & Oxygen: They still sell their flagship canisters of air from Banff and Lake Louise, along with concentrated, flavoured oxygen (such as grape and strawberry) targeted at athletes and polluted urban markets
  • Vitality H2O: A line of bottled mineral watersourced from the Rocky Mountains
  • Myst: A liquid mist product derived from Banff water, marketed for skincare and as a makeup remover

As for how much they now make - recent 2026 data indicates the company generates approximately $4 million to $5.8 million in annual revenue
