Just some notes about witness statements. They are not all confidential by default.
They may be released publicly in some cases.
They become partly public if used as evidence in court.
They may become subject to suppression orders.
They are given to the defence if part of the brief of evidence. Obviously then they could be leaked by either side.
Leaking of a confidential witness statement does not necessarily disqualify it or mean that it cannot be used in court.
The important aspect of leaked evidence is whether or not it impacts on the defendant receiving a fair trial, i.e. whether or not it is prejudicial to the case or the defence.

So on this case, whether or not statements are leaked or not, and who leaked them is irrelevant. Reposting them here won't make one iota of difference.

It’s been put to me by another investigator that a commotion was heard by neighbours on that upper driveway at 8 or just before. It came via a journalist second hand. I can’t verify any of it but in some sense the forensic focusing there becomes interesting

The FPs you recall fabricated a commotion around bike riding into the bush to hide it. That then gives them an explanation you see

I analyse and contribute. For instance i find it instructive that the first reaction of FD is to mention FF when he has left 1 hr previously. I’ll let a psychologist explain why it’s important if they want to contribute than stay anonymous. They even expressed the view to me that the whole case could be solved on behavioural analysis. I happen to agree but think it will be evidence that contributes rather than decides .

You have demonstrated no interest in pursuing justice for William. But all you have done is attempt to defend the FM at every opportunity. The FM was responsible for William when he went missing, and the last person to see him alive. She is yet to completely and consistently account for all her actions around the time of William's disappearance, and has woven an ever-changing, inconsistent, and in some cases physically impossible narrative about this time. There have been countless posts about the inconsistencies in this narrative and after 12 years of investigation, neither the FM nor SFR, let alone anyone in this forum is able to come up with a plausible timeline of events which satisfactorily includes ALL the elements of FMs narrative without implicating her (and/or the foster family) in some sinister activity related to Williams disappearance. This is no witch hunt. It's a serious investigation with serious issues to be resolved.
None of these inconsistencies have been resolved, and until they are then there cannot be justice for William.
The FM remains protected by the law, NPOs and secrecy provisions. There was no protection for William.
The FM has money and lawyers and friends in high places. William had none of those.
The FM is walking around free. William is dead.
I think if anyone really wants justice for William they will also want satisfactory ANSWERS to questions about William's disappearance, and those answers can only come from the FM at this stage. All other avenues of enquiry have been exhausted until these answers are provided and a true timeline established. Then we might determine who is guilty and who isn't.

I was asked by moderator to refrain posting talking that i have proofs on thread. I explained they aren’t accessible on my current phone. So I’ve stopped discussing proofs entirely in compliance and instead have focused on technical aspects otherwise since that post.

It's true that the majority of my posts are aggressive towards people that tell lies, yes. When they attempt to hinder the investigation by sending those lies to SFR it's even worse. If you backed up what you say with evidence some of us might be more lenient.
