It's simple really.
It's over because the US won in the first hour, but it hasn't won enough yet and Trump hasn't got the feeling in his bones yet. But it's going to be over very soon -- it's just a little excursion -- but maybe it could take a little longer.
Also, it's not quite over because Trump needs help with the Strait of Hormuz... except he doesn't... but if other countries don't help it's going to go very badly for them.
Also, Iran's got no army left and no navy left, and hardly any weapons... but the US is going to escort all the oil tankers through that Strait because otherwise Iran will shell them.
And it's not quite over because Iran keeps shelling oil installations on land too, with their weapons that don't exist any more. They'd better stop that or he'll bomb their oil installations -- they definitely still exist.
Perhaps the most important thing is that Iran's leadership has been obliterated and they've got no-one left... but they better surrender unconditionally or it's not going to go well for them -- they'll be going through some things, whether they exist or not.
