Umm, you’re forgetting that FM told police she allegedly saw a truck and the truck driver acknowledged her.

Pretty sure that would have prompted police to do a truck search for that morning. And if they didn’t, Laidlaw’s team certainly would have.

Exactly and all they had was the poor view from the Tennis Court cameras and plenty of other places the truck could have gone.
As I said, they did not identify Peter at all from the camera work, it was years later when they saw the Phone tip that he left a few days after the 12th Sep.
If they were going so good on that, every vehicle should have been identified very early on. They were not.

'He's a big man,' she said of the driver.

'He was late 50s, old - you see men who've been in the sun for a long time, they have that old weathered look. It was that.

'I say a big man because he was sitting back from the steering wheel.'
She said the windows weren't tinted so she could see 'straight through’

The foster mother was questioned at the inquest over a previous 2015 statement where she told police a different account of seeing the car driving down the street.

Then, she said: 'I cannot remember whether the windows were down. I could not see any of the occupants'.

Asked to explain the difference in the statements, the foster mum said she had just read the police statement, 'and I just thought, I don't know why I said that.'

We are back on photos. Don’t particularly want to go there but will make a few simple remark

The incriminating images (whatever their worth as evidence) exist in multiple MSM photos by different organisations and the results each time are identical. Most edits are enlargements and lightening and nothing more. Nothing that changes the character of what is produced. The quality varies. What you see originates from the source product. It is very easy to repeat the process once you know source unaffected by filters and non publication orders. Anyone can do it. An interesting dichotomy arises as between the roar shot and the entire rest. The roar shot shows 10% which I assume is non publication order in some cases satisfied by filters. The rest have no non publication order and easily produce identical outcome each time save variances in quality

This mechanism and methodology produced outcomes that sheet home to author and only author that is why you use the approach to cross check results and eliminate error

Can someone prove William Tyrrell made it to Kendall.

Look at the journey between Heatherbrae and Kendall. There are clear leads which the police ignored. This journey should have always been the focus.

The Police did go very hard on this early on.

From memory, they had forensic evidence that William was there. They did a forensic search of the house, around 15th?,
That showed he was definitely there.
I assume the bed had his DNA. There would have been a used pull-up, plus the clothes he had on at day care on the Thursday.
They did not release the exact proofs but they dont have to update us on everything.

But I think we can treat the fact that they verified he made it to Kendall as a "proven fact"

Let us break this down into the nonsense it is.

Was he in the last stages of his life? Yes and No.
Ray Porter suffered from Renal failure and was a drunk. By definition anyone with advanced renal failure and is on dialysis is in the last stages of their life.

You originally called this a deathbed confession. That's not true. He told the nurse while walking around the corridor a confabulated story.
People with renal failure and alcohol abuse confabulate. Look up uraemia encephalopathy and Korsakoff syndrome. He probably had both. There was a reason he was in an aged care facility despite the nurses assertion of being competent.

The police interviewed him sometime after this was reported. He basically told everyone that he didn't know why the police turned up. So he has forgotten what he said to the nurse. Classic Korsakoff. Clearly didn't die straight away did he.

He dies of Urinary sepsis which kills quite quickly and without warning. He wasn't on his deathbed.

You then talk about the drive to Tamworth. He was seen on the camera heading south from Kew. He probably went fishing. The police would have seen FA in the car. Why didn't they see WT. If you look at a map you would realise to double back as you have claimed would require a detour lasting hours. Then why didn't he just drive through Logans crossing the back way. But FA supposedly already has RP car, didn't borrow it so he could abduct WT. How did Frank get it back to RP. But FA was at the bank in Wauchope at the time of the abduction. Tricky fella this FA. FA didn't have a phone. It was turned off. So how did he communicate with RP. Maybe RP is a clairvoyant.

The worst of this is. He said went North, but Tamworth is west. You then go through gymnastics to prove Tamworth is north in the same way, Perth is north of Sydney.

Let's look at the content. He picks up FA and WT from the back of the public school. Are you telling me that FA has walked William Tyrrell to the public school without being seen. Then why would they drive WT to Tamworth so they could sexually abuse him and then murder him. Couldn't they do that locally.

Why would Ray Porter suddenly feel the need to commit a crime of this magnitude, he has no criminal record in this regard.

RP had Korsakoff dementia and Uraemic encephalopathy and it's obvious this is a confabulation.

The man was dying and he didn't want to go the next destination with the WT stain on his soul, which is normal practice for someone facing the end of the tunnel. And he didn't claim to commit THE crime, but said he drove his best mate and the boy, which makes him an accessory. Those pictures that were published don't disprove anything because we don't know the exact times of that claimed trip and if id did occur as claimed then he would not have driven on the freeway but would have driven on the back road from Kendall up Bago road. He would have even missed the tennis court camera. We also don't know if there were others involved aside from FA and it's likely there were if that story is true.

Now, I'm not saying that the RP story is iron clad. What I am saying is that it's the only direct evidence there is in this case. Yes, it's not able to be verified by a second party but it sits there alone in a case where nothing else exists other than pure speculation.

In my opinion and this IS my opinion SFRs real theory is being kept secret. They don’t believe FM went in a car ride at all. The coroner evidence was intended to prove just that. They don’t believe FM shifted the body because of that. I know they have reports that provide truth and believe SFR are all over that information pursuing it on that theory they have kept secret. Perhaps that’s why also there has been a non publication order in place regarding laundry window reflections which incidentally the other crime site thought was so accurate they blurred the post and stated it as fact

Believing the case is going to end in useless searches and misdirection of Coroner and SFR just isn’t going to happen I’m afraid. The truth will pursue its own path

Whatever was reported in 2015 didn't include number plate details and it literally could have been anyone. This is not evidence, but just more speculation. And remember, if a body was dumped on that fire trail, the FF's car would have been seen by the tennis court cameras earlier than 9:00am.

I've driven on that road several times and there are usually a few vehicles you pass. From memory there is a building supply company as well as the local farm owners. Back in 2014 it would have been busier than today with logging trucks still active.
