The quick write off with players is disappointing. Next supporters will want 2 week contracts. Pick players to succeed. This applies to all players including West and Buller. No injuries reduces opportunities.

Mcstay may as well have renamed himself to 'edwards butterhands' , he has been extremely poor in marking the ball.

He honestly should be in the gun as well.

Membrey has had 11 disposals over 2 games. McStay 16 and Buller 14.

They haven’t been much better but they’ve been better. The fact that Membrey and McStay have set bar so low yet Buller hasn’t been above shouldn’t tell you all you need to about this selection.

Membrey and McStay have kicked a goal each why Buller hasn’t registered a goal. McStay has taken 6 makes, Membrey 5 and both have taken 2 contested marks whilst Buller has 2 marks zero contested.

Is performance hasn’t been close even with the bar not being set particularly well.

Daicos, Josh was selected in the draft late. No one selected him until our last pick. He was slow to develop. Applying the stated spud theory we should not have waited for Josh to change his spots. The above mentioned spud was selected by the club at low cost because of his ability. The club will correctly persist.

McStay and Members have credits, unfortunately for Jack he doesn’t yet. He needs to work hard I. The twos and get his spot back. Big Dan has probably used his credits up as well and must be close to the tap on the shoulder.

Buller is basically a pre season draft selection. Hes a free hit. The club took the free hit after moving on cox and checkers and potentially plugging a hole in the void between those and west, Steene etc.

If he works out great, if not it cost us nothing but a list spot.

The reporting on this has been pretty crazy to me. A fringe player being dropped is not news
