Another stat stuffing performance from Jackson Phillips who's been a real mover early this season. He was a big contributor here to a comprehensive win by his Stingrays, winning contests all over the ground, and breaking lines with his running power on the outside. The windy conditions made precision kicking difficult, but he still managed to setup his teammates and hit the scoreboard himself.

HVH is going to give us a good target in the forward line next year when he’s sharing the ruck load with Nank.

It’s a shame we completely botched out investment in talls as I’d love that arki kid however it it what it is , we desperately need a gifted tall the one clunks his marks and has an orthodox kick not horrendous pull or drop the ball from chest height

You could make a pretty good argument that the academy rorts have legit cost us the best rated talent . Dylan Patterson would be playing for us if it weren’t orchestrated to rort the rules and be catapulted to GC instead

Yes please to extra rookies… list spots are a great way to churn through talent, could have added a couple of Burton, Kras, Greeves, NHH or Lowther who looked good in vfl last weekend.

He's not express pace, but his balance, size and strength allow him to change directions quickly or absorb contact while staying in control and poised with the ball.

Not sure about that.
An end of R1 pick could be better than any of our FS or NGA prospects.
We could probably land the ones we want with latter picks.
