    New Zealand trips.

    I know in recent years various clubs have travelled to New Zealand for either training or team building trips pre-christmas. I was wondering if anyone knows what clubs (if any) are going this year?

    What team would you go to?

    I would have to say Richmond, they're one of the oldest, proudest clubs and their facilities seem top notch. They have some quality young players with potential and Jack Riewoldt seems like a lad. Plus Richmond seem like they need a ruckman :).

    They won't win a game. Goldcoast won 3 but that was with Gary Ablett, rischitelli, brennan ans harbrow. Ward, palmer, davis and scully are definately not any where near as good as the Gold Coast players.

    Hey, I was just wondering how I could increase my vertical leap? I'm 198-200cm and will probably be playing mainly ruck again next year. I currently have an average jump and would like to know how I can increase it? Is doing squats with weights the only way?
