Well I for one applaud Mitchell's resourcefulness, when other players are trying all sorts of excuses to get out of AFLX Mitchell just goes BOOM!

Even walking like that, he'd still be good for 10 clearances and 20 touches.

Seriously though, how is he walking already? I have no idea.

Lets not get too excited.

Gingerly moving up stairs is a long way from AFL footy.

I know, but is this normal to break both bones in the leg, and to be walking up stairs like 20 days later?

I expected him in a cast for 6 weeks...maybe walking after 8 weeks. Shows i am no ****en doctor :)

he's got a lot of metal in his leg, he doesn't need the old style cast

Won't play this year but thats still great signs for a full recovery and a big 2020.
I read a few websites that say weeks 4-6 will allow the person to put weight back on it.

He is at 3 weeks, so nothing outrageous.

I would love to see him jogging in a month ;)
