So it looks like the previous structure with new faces ( before Bondy got Bypassed)
Rosich
Bell
Walls promoted to list manager?
Internal promotion to head of recruiting

Rosich will not be as much of a focal point now, Bell will. Maybe setting up for a new CEO end of next year and coach the year after that if the tide hasn't turned by then.

Pretty sure we can make really informed decision's on our off-field team next year (S&C and assistants)

Have they set the bar low?

In other staff changes, high performance manager Tom Morris has advised the club that he has accepted a new role as senior women’s coach of the German national rowing team.

The former Australian and Canadian national rowing coach, who has spent the past two seasons at Fremantle, will move to Berlin, which will also allow him to be close to family.

General manager of football Peter Bell thanked Morris for his positive contribution to the club.

“Given the skills and expertise Tom has acquired in elite level international sport, he was able to provide valuable insight and advice during his time with the club,” Bell said.

“We wish Tom and his family all the best with the move to Germany and thank him for his contribution to Fremantle.

“Tom’s departure will also provide us with a timely opportunity to assess the requirements of the role for the future.”

Morris, who coached the Canadian women’s light weight double sculls to a silver medal at the Rio Olympic Games in 2016 and to gold at the World Rowing Cup in Switzerland in May the same year, said the opportunity to return to rowing as a senior coach was unexpected.

“I have genuinely enjoyed my time at Fremantle and did not envisage a return to rowing in a coaching capacity but the opportunity is a good one and the club has been very understanding of my situation,” Morris said.

“I spoke to the coaching team and, in particular, Ross Lyon and Peter Bell today to thank them for all their support and wish them all the best for the season ahead.

“I said to them that strong foundations have been laid at Fremantle in the past few years and that the future is really bright for on-field success.”

I think that it's important to learn from others success and take what factors that can help you on board. It's equally important to understand that some of another team's success may not be relevant to you. We as a football club have strengths and weaknesses in our playing group that others don't have. So other teams shouldn't be copied completely.
I find it amazing that after every GF the amount of BF posters using the reigning premiers game plan/style as a template for future success of their team.
For what it's worth, I'd like us to implement a 'Battle of Britain, dominate the skies' type game plan. McCarthy, Hoges and Tabs roaming through the middle of the ground and forward of centre with Lobb and the resting ruck deep forward.
Our small speedsters at their feet all over the ground, ready to strike with speed and skill at every opportunity.
We've got great rucks, use them.
We've got big guys with great tanks, use them.
Copying WC, Dogs, Richmond or whoever just won't work. Copying Hawks lead us down the 2016 path.
There's nothing wrong with a dominating coach if they're a good coach. But if said coach is led down the path of delegation, well he might just be plain bad at that.
Whatever we have as a strength we should use it.
Some players can't kick goals, so why make them forwards?

What about O'Donnell who was a star at the bombers, and then went to Brisbane. Spends a fair bit of time here as he has a new missus over in Perf
