Feel free to try and tell them that :rainbow:

Port Adelaide Power and Port Adelaide Magpies have always been two different clubs.

Port Adelaide Power just stole the identity and history of Port Adelaide Magpies and try to claim it as their own.

I can't wait for the AFL reserves competition to begin, and the Power have to field their own reserves team while the Magpies continue to play in the SANFL, as they have done so since forming in 1870.

Then the one club bullshit the Power trot out will be put to bed once and for all.

Here is another flog that does not know the history of Port Adelaide. It was the Port Adelaide Football Club Inc., nicknamed Magpies, who played in the SANFL, that applied to join the AFL and got the licence to do so.
Do some research, you might find the truth instead of crapping on.
I think the Club knows more about its history than you flog.
Wonder why the AFL approved 1870 on the back of Ports Guernsey. Got any idea why this was approved ?????????? ...

Port Magpies are just about ****ed

They won’t last past next season

And the Port Power are to blame for the demise of this once great club

And it’s hilarious

This is true. One has history amounting to 8 million years, and the other from the 1990s.

I know the history, and the SANFL did not want to lose their most successful club in Port Adelaide Magpies to another league, a club that won 34 premierships and widely recognised as the most successful football club at state level in the whole country.

Port Adelaide Power were created as a separate club to play in the AFL as a result of this.

Port Adelaide Magpies continued to play in the SANFL and still play in that league today.

Tell me why the Magpies don't sing Never Tear Us Apart before their games like the Power do, they're supposed to be one club after all as that's what the AFL and Power tell us, which is why the AFL allow the Power to put 1870 on the back of their guernseys.

It would be devastating to see the most successful state league level club in the country fold because of a bunch of identity thieves.

I have never read so much crap in my life ...
If you want the truth listen to Brian Cunningham. Port Adelaide CEO at the time, when Port applied for the AFL licence.
He explains all about it here ... from 29.07

For once you’re right - it’s hilarious
Funniest thing - is he’s right up there with George Fiacchi!
Hahahahaha

In fact - Fiacchi was probably the better player !

And THAT is why I love that club

If the Power don’t crack you up the Magpies do
Really doubt you have any idea re past PAFC champions. But I do find it funny that customers like you want to spit in a hall of fame inductee face.

I still hate the Power for stealing The Creed from the Port Adelaide Football Club.

The Creed ended up being destroyed for good on a certain day in 2007.

Oh geez ... you still don't get it. The Creed belonged to the Port Adelaide Football Club who played in the SANFL and then moved to the AFL .. It's just that bloody simple. Power is a nickname.

Fiacchi was weak
Kornes just happens to have been weaker
