The ones during the homestays are frequently Airbnbs. Maybe the same ones weren't necessarily available again, or the reason they couldn't use their actual place wasn't a reason the second time.

But it basically means that they are "verified", which means that the account is real and belongs to someone worth verifying. This applies to FB and Twitter as well as Instagram

The fact that Martha's isn't verified probably means one of three things - that she, or someone for MAFS acting on her behalf, hasn't bothered to go through the process (unlikely, especially if the rest of the participants are verified); that the account being looked at is new or not real (also unlikely imo); or that Instagram/Twitter/Facebook don't think she is important/famous enough to verify (which would be the most funny given being an IG celebrity seems to be her goal)

Martha had previously stated that she has been living in Melbourne since filming ended, but was quick to tell Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny that she “hated it with a passion,” which seems like an odd thing to say for someone who had been living five minutes from supposedly the love of their life ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
