Have been a big fan since I first saw him play. Dude competes hard, is clever and tough as nails. Just needs to work on his finishing but he just offers so much in general play and pushing forward you couldn't possibly drop him for the likes of Butler.

Remember when we picked him In the rookie draft, some people were dismayed at 'another' small forward....

Kid can play, think hes a mid/for although for AFL probably end up a small forward.

Not bad for a Rookie pick, geez weve been nailing our picks last few years, great bunch of kids coming along!

Improved a lot with another pre season , was handball happy last year which means he wants someone else to kick it , hanging onto the pill and pulling trigger himself now , is a good mark and kick

Excellent game really clean one touch player

He handballed a lot for a player with great foot skills however. Even at one stage streaming into the forward line in the 3Q he was looking to dish it off by hand to players behind him

Think at one stage he was running into the forward line and missed a shot on goal...could have bounced and ran all the way to the goals and then kicked...

His decision making will improve with time, it's not that it's terrible now. It's mostly pretty good.

Watched the game at home last night as I haven't been to Etihad for over 10 years. When he took possession streaming towards goal in the first quarter and kicked a point, I said to my wife "here comes 'The Baker'", commentator called him "The Baker" just after I said it. I think it could stick as a nick name.

I’ll be honest I was concerned he could’ve been to small but he’s showing size really isn’t issue.

Think he will eventually be more a mid than small forward despite his height kid knows how to get the ball and is clean in traffic more often than not last night his handballs and kicks created space.. Reminded me a little of Jack Steven last night let's hope he can become that good
