It's got nothing to do with "support" mate, it's got to do with established facts. Go back and look at the last 3 trade/draft periods again.

Brad is a big problem in terms of where we see ourselves today but as far as i'm concerned, our club has had amazing stability over a long period of under achieving and now needs a solid clean out. Not just a token jesture. The problems are deep rooted as far as i'm concerned and therefore a full clean out is necessary.

I would argue Ben is responsible for his own development, being able to stay on the park with minimal injuries and putting in hard yards during and after training have resulted in his elite traits.

Otherwise I'd assume Wood would be miles ahead of where he is now with the same resources at hand

Joyce has done a solid job with the list and bringing in players considering the currency he’s had in terms of average draft picks.
This list isn’t that bad. It has some holes in it but every list in the league does.
This list is good enough to win a final as it is when fit.
With more player development and if our coaching setup improves to get the most out of individuals it could go further

Bryce Lewis as Recruiting manager. His last year was 2016.

Mark Finnigan was second behind Bryce and he is now our head recruiter.

Joyce was the list manager from 2008-2016.

Brad arguably got the most out of his given lists during this time.

Our ‘list talent’ from this era is virtually extinct. Some of that is unlucky recruiting, but we shouldn’t have to accept a mediocre list for 10 years.

I don't think Joyce has done a bad job with our list. I think people are understating just how much a **** gameplan can make good players look ordinary. Polec for example - the common denominator is our style of play.

If the problem with him is that he's supposedly part of the boys club, then remove the boys not doing their jobs and keep the people who are doing their job well. If he's unable to continue doing his job well through his loyalty to 'the boys', then show him the door.
