It's not that hard you fast bowlers...make sure your foot is completely behind the line with your stock ball so that it is only half over the line when you bowl an "effort" ball.

There are a lot of things out of your control in cricket - where your front foot lands is NOT one of them.

People are getting a little carried away with the comments about choking and losing I reckon.

Poor last hour or so and some basic errors have been frustrating but we are still well in front in the game. Would be more worrying if we looked completely docile but we have created enough to get these guys out 5 times. It will come after lunch. The pitch is still hard to play on and we have the runs on the board.

We won't dominate every session- this is the final and India are a quality side that has consistently troubled us. We just need to have more good sessions than they do and so far we're still well in front.

Admittedly frustrating given the 'basics' have been the problem.
