I called in to my parents place yesterday for a cuppa, and the old boy was having bit of a clean out.
He owned a Supermarket back in the 90's, and bought enough pallets of Coke to get box seats to the 92 & 94 Grand Finals. For the 94 trip, amongst other promo stuff he was given this 93 guernsey, and it has now found a new home in my collection. This thing is mint, it still has the tags on it!

Hopefully a one off - it did look great, but took a lot of campaigning to getting Royal back as our colour. I like the consistency.
I hate to see us go backwards with multiple blues and white reintroduced.
Club is said we’re wearing it again later in the year, then they’ll be auctioned off. So at least once more you’d assume

Amazing the AFL let us use the old logo twice in a season.
AFL should revert back to the old logo. The current one is very much of it's time. Turn of the century and some doofus is having fun with word art.

The old logo is an abbreviation of an acronym. Imagine if other leagues did the same. The NFL and NBA for example just using the letter N, or the MLB just using M for its logo. Or the BBL logo just the letter B, and so on... It's kinda weird.

Old logo is a nice 90s logo of its time but the new one is pretty good.

Obviously blue shorts is the ultimate look for that uniform, but you’ll never convince me that generic white shorts look better than a complete gold look.

I'll see if I can get any decent ones tomorrow. The relatively low res of the broadcast doesn't help, but his jumper is clearly a different shade of gold to others, and you can often see the two halves of the front hemline flapping independently.
I think this was the last year they were allowed. A couple of Dogs players are also wearing one.
