Just odd hearing my parents talk about Peter G'day Russel G'day Clarke and that before him there was just never cooking or cooks on the telly. Nowadays it's as ubiquitous as gambling propaganda in sports and more prevalent than soap operas.
This bloke is probably the earliest one I'm aware of, but ultimately he became more well known for his comments on Pot Luck.

 
Anyone else’s FB getting absolutely blitzed with financial scams today? I’ve had AI versions of Albanese, Dutton and Gina Reinhardt telling me that I can make $50k a month on a $400 investment.

The Gina one is probably - you give me $400, your dad gives you $50k a month. That one is plausible

A bit of a plonker - literally.

I remember him literally pouring wine into any recipe (and himself). The old dears in the crowd always tittering.

Apparently he found Gard in the 70s - I don't know if that mean he sloshed more or less of the 'blood of Christ'.
