Final team for Richmond moved Grieves from HFF to C. McLaughlin moved from HBF to C in the Suns' final team.

As we all expected, Gab Seymour top-scoring at QT. Obv, Laela Ebert on pace for a ton.

Grieves started slow but finished the quarter on 19. Bacon and Rigoni on 6.

Dees with a fair level of dominance and she hasn't got amongst it. Some half tackles and the odd handball.
Went Toogood to Harris the other week as a cash build. Might not make much.

I ended up trading Centra out despite my earlier comment about being reluctant to after only bringing her in last week...but I just couldn't get Howley out this week against GCS, and I really wanted Grieves. Glad I did so far.

I've gone Garner to Sheerin and Rentsch to Boyd. About 600k+ in the bank.

I watched most of the game but I missed that. Thankfully she came back on. I reckon her TOG was definitely managed in this game. Could've been higher score as she's such a ball magnet. Still a great effort.

Shopping spree next week! Good trades. They say you can't get all the rookies, but Grieves looked like a must have. Watched most of the Melb/Rich game today and she was really good. McKenzie seemed to be playing more behind the ball and taking kick ins and Grieves looked to have more CBAs and midfield time.

This ball chip technology in the AFLW has overturned 2 called goals today. Players claimed ball was touched. Good to see it's working properly. They'll probably bring it in to AFL next season.

An 80 becomes 68 just like that.

Yeah that was tight too - I counted about 15 steps but some of them were short defs less than 1m. She got robbed there...and as you said there's been others that were let run way more like Ham in the first GW I think.

Considering they call marks for kicks less than 15m, I felt this was extremely harsh. It looked about 12, maybe 13 steps, but women's strides aren't as long as men's and her last few strides were shorter to slow down for the kick.

Decent chance I go Fish to Grieves next week, I reckon. If Jaiden is right, Grieves should be ~$650K next week. Not the massive cash gain I was expecting from trading Fish, but much less of a downgrade than I was expecting.

They have some review process. I can't remember exactly how it works, but yeah, it's usually they've incorrectly credited somebody with a stat or they've missed one.

Seems like they miss a lot with AFLW. The adjustments are a lot larger than you see in the mens game.

Bacon looked good. Played defence the whole game and had Hore whenever she went forward. Laid a lot of tackles.

Another whacky week. Had Grieves coming in until 20 minutes before kickoff, but also spent a lot of time with both Duursma and Kimber in my side, so swings and roundabouts.

Pretty sure starting Niamh McLaughlin was my best move this season.
