They've "recovered to 464%. At this pace, we're still going to be the team that's gotten closest to them, which is crazy.

They won by 5 goals, but their percentage went down by over 100 - 493% to 378%.

That's still a crazy percentage at this time of the season

That really sucks - it looked such an innocuous incident with just a clash of knees at a ruck context, but could tell pretty quickly that Montana knew something had gone wrong

Good luck to get in her in her recovery, especially with this being her second ACL in less than 15 months

Love seeing some "lesser likes" amongst the votes

I'm not sure we got a free kick from this, but I'm sure it'll give Richmond fans another reason to complain about us

Yassir was sanctioned twice for striking Geelong's Georgie Prespakis, with one drawing a $200 fine - $100 with an early plea - for the first charge and a one match suspension for the second.

Struggling to see what the issue was in that footage. A suspension seems a bit extreme.

I believe the suspension would be for this hit, which just before Kearns walks backwards blocking the footage

On paper it wasn't too thrilling a victory given the opposition are now 0-5, but it was the manner in which the Cats girls strung together sharp, fast passages that was most pleasing. Good viewing.

Parry and Moloney working very well together, Piper Dunlop is starting to work into her role and I love Emma Kilpatrick's willingness to back her pace - especially after being caught a few times in last week's win.

Sienna Tallariti has made a pretty low-key entry into AFLW footy in her first couple of games but I like her; foot skills are sharp.

Geelong Cats can provide the following Deakin Health Update ahead of its clash with Port Adelaide at Alberton Oval this Saturday.

After finishing Sunday’s game against Richmond on the bench following a corky to her left quad in the final term, Nina Morrison is expected to be available for selection this weekend.

In other encouraging news, Caitie Tipping made a successful return to play via the AFLW scrimmage on the weekend after overcoming a knee injury and is now available for selection in the Cats’ AFLW team moving forward.

Kate Darby is progressing well in her rehab program and is one week away from returning to availability.

The same 24 as last week - I'm liking the consistency with selection at the moment

Anyone else thinking that Meg may have trouble getting back into the side, especially as she's not even on the emergency list?

Meg is done, great servant but too slow now. Smith certainly next in if needed.

I know we're all still memorised from last night, but we're 5 minutes into today's clash against Port

Nina kicked the first of the afternoon

And in the follow-up commentary it was noted we are the number 1 handball receive team

And love the inconsistency with holding the ball still

Holding free against Kearns just inside Ports 50

The incoming kick came off hands, Port player takes possession, is tackled and then pushes the ball out - can't work out how it wasn't a holding the ball or incorrect disposal free

And pretty sure that Kenny should have received a 50m penalty - took a mark on our 50m arc, her opponent stands the mark before another Port player came in to stand in front and created her own new mark
