Geelong are a B+ team at best. But that may well be the premium standard in 2025.

I think Danger was rested for 5 games this season. Perhaps not as many as prior seasons given they had the second easiest draw and were beating up on the bottom of the ladder most of the season…
But I hope Fagan was taking note for what we have to do with Lachie next year so he is fresh and not limping into finals.
Quite a few key players for Hawthorn had a pretty poor game as well.Geelong were good but not amazing. If we can get past the Pies and we can take our lessons from our last game agaist Geelong, we can definitely raise the cup again.
The soft draw and the ability to rest him through the season. Big reason for Geelong and Collingwood being in the final 3 is being able to nurse their older players to be ready for September. Some people here have mocked it all year but its done the jobgeelong's incredibly soft run comes home to roost with that dangerfield performance last night. no chance he had something like that left in the tank if they were required to scrap and fight for every win like we were in the back end of the season.
Apparently SEN just reported that Geelong are trying to walk back the concussion and claim Stewart just had a neck injury.
Held the arms in a tackle. Resulted in concussion. Standard.
