We need a whole collection of young talent to improve our list, the best way to do that is via the draft. I get not wanting to drop off , but we have to bite the bullet at some stage.

Which draft year? How confident are you that Tassie is coming in? What if you get something back from North?

And the main factor for me: what if North contributes to his very inflated salary? That’s honestly the bigger factor for me.

Any draft year to be honest. I know some are rated better than others but it would be nice to go into a season knowing that whatever happens, you have a 1st round pick up your sleeve. Jy Simpkin is just not someone worth mortgaging our future picks on imo. Especially with the contract that comes with him. If it was an early twenties Bailey Humphrey, I would think differently. Simpkin just does nothing for me.

Think one of Morris or Twomey reported that. No one has mentioned it could be a 4 way trade.
