What I will say regarding the future 1st, our future 1st could be not many picks before Melbournes future 2nd. If we’re banking ourselves to push for a premiership and assuming they’ll be bottom 4, it’s only a few picks downgrade

Might be taking a small hit early by replacing some established players with top 20 picks and just general turnover. But well worth it for the long term. While adding a star like Petracca

Future 3 is worth 0 by 2027 with a tighter system and tassie

I think we’re stronger than that now as a club with the people we have in place and the culture we’ve built. Would never put it past the media though to try and blow things out of proportion if things went south.
