I was told about the Cotton On thing a few months back. The other interesting bit of information I was told is that the AFL are pushing heavy to get rid of the top back sponsor slot (surprisingly). I was told that this was supported by most clubs, except a few of the financial battlers.

Love to hear this - the AFL has relatively very clean kits compared to other sports around the world. Something no doubt they want to try and reign in for the next TV rights deal.

Yeah, that's the bit I don't get. I understand that Richo said we are getting a brand-new online store; however, all the other brands like New Era, Mitchell & Ness, and the AFLW merch tabs still exist. The remaining Macron merch has all gone into the sales and has been listed under "final sale." Considering that there are still two years to go on the contract, I found it weird that they've deleted that tab and put all the remaining merch into the sale tab.
Maybe we might have to call the club store and see if they'll give us clarity about it (I highly doubt they will) or send Richo an email or DM on Twitter, and we might get an answer.
