Murray is the best out of that group of 3. Perfect modern day winger.

That's a big call, considering usually what, half of draftees will not make it? Probably more with picks 40+.

What is unique about Addinsall, Coulson? Not that I followed, watched them closely except some VFL games.

He'd be a good get at the Eagles, Melbourne or dare I say it (**** em) the Crows.

we have had so many false dawns on "AFL ready" draftees especially as recently as Leo...... it takes them time with us we don't seem to be able to get them ready and sorted year 1 or even 2
I think we might see Leo start to impact this year though I hope, Zeke maybe an exception and be more "Ashcroft" like in how quickly he fits in year 1
So hopefully the maturation of Jed, the return of Will, another pre season for Read and Leo will give us plenty to get excited about for our younger draftees

Hard to see how the young guys don't get a lot of games this year. Lots of depth players cleared out. There are spots available if they are good enough.

Who cares? Zeke and Patto overrated. As long as we get Beau, we are set. He will be a 300 game player and a Brownlow medalist.

A sick part of me does kinda want one of our guys to get a Round 1 bid and head off to become a gun over the next 3 years getting regular midfield minutes, only to play the “go-home” card immediately when his contract is up.

No doubt but you're misunderstanding me. If you are a top 30 draft pick, you're there cos clubs think you have that potential.

However the failure rate shows no one can predict it reliably despite some clubs having quite impressive strike rates. Potential is just that, potential.
