Looks to be standing dangerously close to an opponent there. Three weeks

Another overdose of training pics. Lots of running, lots of drills, then more running.
Standouts; Kerch - he is easily the sharpest player out there at the moment. Looks like he hasn't been away from the club at all, explosive running and follow up running, penetrating kicks with good decision making. Seems like his tank has improved even further. I think we will all be looking forward to what he will bring next season.
Close second, but for slightly different reasons is FOS. He just has so much time, almost always makes good decisions and disposes well. Doesn't look to have added much bulk but he is just loaded with natural talent.
Surprise packet: Banch - he is peskier than ever. Last session he dragged down Chom (much to his displeasure) and today did the same to Pink. Tenacious and will not let go. Add to that the fact that he has put in a power of work in the off season on his engine and he does not stop moving in the forward line. Took some good marks aerially too and showed courage going back into packs.
Sheez of course is looking good as is Chom and Pink. Duursma, while not involved in all the activities it was good to see him with no shoulder tape.
Also Trembath was looking great. Taking lots of strong marks and leading well.
Lot's of drills on close quarter footy and leading patterns.
That's about the main things that stood out (it's always hard to see too much with your eye in a viewfinder).
Hope you like.
Do you have the photos mate????Training report from Glynn Lavender on FB:

The short answer is because only 1-4 year players have to be there. Why is simpkin not training and overseas?
Desire and intent.Something about this fella
He's not the captain anymore. Doesn't have to be there earlyWhy is simpkin not training and overseas?
Just get a feeling this guys relentless competitive attitude will unlock a bit in the team. No stone left unturned stuff.Surprise packet: Banch - he is peskier than ever. Laundering his millions?
What a funny campaigner.
Why not, they keep naming the other little guy at CHB every week.CHF banch
They let him play in the midfield.Good to see Jy Simpkin achieving his dream of ruling Arrakis.
You might be interested, but if you follow Rohan Browning on Instagram you'll see he posted his entire off season training program. This is intended as a genuine question from someone who's done a little bit of distance running at an amateur level but SFA serious sessions in the gym - how much can you actually improve your strength in 2 months while maintaining your cardio baseline?
What kind of weekly commitment - in terms of hours - is required to achieve significant improvements to your strength in that time?
good pines boy!I hate (respect his campaignerness tho) Nafan Burkes.
Jake the Muss likes thisMain differences are substituting a more aerobic session and footy players like to separate out the weights from the speed work most of the time, so fewer "rest" days but smaller days in general.
As in North Frangas?good pines boy!
