ie that you need to protect your youth and depth as you try and slightly kick open the next window and anticipate when the sharp drop off for your oldest players comes.

We stopped at $450 for Tess Cravens jumper...

Yep...agree....intresting that the names on the bids seemed to be cropping up on several bids....Birches jumper went from 350 to almost 900 in less than 45 minutes.
The bidding system only works if you've got rather large pockets...and maybe certain bidders should be locked out when trying to place multiple bids on said jumpers.
Honestly wish they'd just do a whole team one and take orders

Let’s not forget that Niamh Martin is only 24, ony two centimetres shorter than W-T and has shown plenty of promise already. To the point where we were prepared to allow her to take a year off and come back to us. Why would we now use her as steak knives? Look how Wall went after her year away?

We're going to have to trade a player to get some more draft capital if we don't want to give up our F1's.
I have no idea how you value her after sitting out, but Martin is contracted, requested a trade to Hawks and they will only have pick 51 and future picks left, which may not really help us getting a trade down for KLWT.

Yeah Pies would've been better. Hawks doesn't really help us. Hawks only have pick 51 left after 15 and 33 going in a deal.
Only really future picks that they have.

I get your point but not sure Ariana and Niamh are flag contention difference makers.
We've held onto our flag side and still have Tessa, Nicole, Mia and AGM who weren't in the team. That's big.
